- Gas or bloating → from eating too fast, carbonated drinks, or high-fiber foods.

- Constipation → cramping if your bowels are not moving regularly.
- Food intolerance/allergy → lactose, gluten, or other sensitivities.

- Food poisoning → sudden pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea.
